2. Preparing for the Diagnostic Call: There's nothing you need to do. However, the call is most effective if you (the adult child) can briefly describe the main challenges. If your parent is available to join the call and is near the device they need help with (e.g., their computer, printer, or phone), that's even better, but not required.
3. The Diagnostic Call Itself: At the scheduled time, one of our friendly tech advisors will join the call. We'll listen carefully to understand the root of the problem and, by the end of the session, we will provide a clear, actionable plan to move forward.
